If you find the care note in Reports - Care Notes (you can use the selection criteria to narrow down your search), and click on the details button on the right of the note.

In the top right of the page is a Void button. This will remove the care note for you.

Please note if an incident form is attached to this care note it will be voided as well

If you search for the note in Reports - Care Notes, but ensure you check the "Include Voided Notes" tick box to find it.

If you then click into the details of the voided note you will be able to then Un-void using the button in the top right.

Please note if an incident form was attached to this care note it will reappear in your incident list
