A new option will be added to allow a Skin Integrity Check to be automatically created when a resident is added to the system or when they return to the home.
Upon admission or readmission to a home, it is good practice to review skin integrity and check for any existing wounds. This can be common on discharges from hospital for example and needs to be captured as soon as they are admitted to the home. When a new resident is created and they have a move in date in the future, a prompt will appear allowing the user to create a planned action for a skin integrity check on the day they move in.
When clicking Yes on the prompt, a second prompt will appear allowing you to select the time for the skin integrity check planned care to be created.
When clicking Confirm, the skin integrity planned care will be visible on the resident's planned care day
Similarly, when a service user is unsuspended, the prompt will appear to schedule a planned action for a skin integrity check, now they have been readmitted.
This feature will disabled by default when it's released. To enable it, go to Admin, select Organisational Details, click Customisation and uncheck "Skin integrity check on admission/readmission prompt".
