This article will show you how to locate any care notes which have been recorded on the system when there has been any communication with a service users relatives.
1) Go to Reports > Care Notes on Monitor
2) Change the 'Aspect of Life' drop down menu to 'Process'.
3) A new drop down menu will appear to the right called 'Action'. You can then either select 'Chatted with Relatives'.
4) Press the 'Refresh' button on the right hand side of the report to view all care notes recorded within the time frame you have selected.
If you would like to adjust the time frame of when these care notes were recorded you can use the 'Date From' and 'Date To' options to choose your specified dates.
If you would like to filter by a specific service user or worker that recorded the care note you can use the 'Select Service User' or 'Filter by Worker' drop down menus.
