If you are looking to generate a report for all residents birthdays in the home, please follow the below instructions:
1) Go to Reports > Diary
2) Filter the date range to select which time period you would like to view service user Birthdays for. Change the 'Activity Type' to 'Birthday Party'.
3) Press the 'Refresh' button on the right hand side of the screen to generate the report based on the information selected in the drop down fields.
4) The report will then display the service users birthday along with the age that they will be.
