Enabling Camera Permissions on your Device

Written by Rachel Martin

Please review the below guide to explain how to enable the camera permissions on your device.

In order to adjust the Permissions on your device you can follow the

below instructions. Please be aware that these instructions are for

devices which are currently locked down on our MDM (Mobile Device

Management) system.

For devices which look like a normal phone and are not locked with any

device management system you can access the display settings on the

device as you normally would. This can vary depending on the type of

device you are using. If the device is locked down by a 3rd party

lockdown system you will need to contact them directly to assist you with

this.

Our Support team will unlock the required device, and you can follow

these steps to check the Permissions settings on your devices

1) Swipe up, and open “Settings” > “Privacy” > “Permission manager”

2) Open “Camera” > “MCM” and make sure it is set to “Allow only

while using the app”

Once the permissions are set correctly, return to your support chat, and they

will lock your devices down again.
