The Staff Worked Time report indicates by Employee, worked times over the last 3 months and provides information such as how many hours an Employee worked when on shift and how many Care notes were written when logged on to the Care App. This report enables you to match planned shift times and hours (from your chosen rota method) vs what has actually been worked, as well as allowing you to track whether a sufficient number of Care Notes are being input during that time.
The Staff Worked Time report is beneficial when needing information to:
Export staff worked time for an external payroll system
Export and report on worked time data, such as who is working more weekends than others.
Audit staff worked time against the planned rota
Note: You must be in a Community with Employees to see the report information.
Start time & Finish time – Displays the date and times the Worker clicked on the Start Work and Finish Work buttons on the Care App.
Hours Worked – Indicates the number of hours and minutes between starting and finishing a shift.
Care Notes - Indicates the number of Care Notes written on the device during the Start time and Finish time.
Care hours – Displays the total number of care hours provided based on the times entered on the care note.
Device name – Indicates the device the Worker was logged on to at the time.
