The Data Sharing for GP Connect is required as part of the initial set up. This agreement will expire every 12 months. If this error message appears for you when attempting to access GP Connect then you will need to follow the below instructions to re-sign the Data Sharing Agreement.
Please be aware that you will need to be set up as a Responsible Person or Clinical Manager for the home in order to sign this.
1) In order to sign the Data Sharing Agreement you will need to go to Monitor and click on the 'Dashboard' on the left side of the screen.
2) You will then need to find 'Data Sharing Agreements' on the right hand side and click on the toggle for 'NHS GPConnect HTML product Data sharing'
3) Read through the information on the Data Sharing Agreement and if you are happy to proceed you can enter your Monitor password into the box and press 'Re-commit for 12 months'. It will then state your name as the last person that has signed this agreement and the date this was done.
Once the above steps have been done you will then be able to access GP Connect again for another 12 months.
