This guide will help identify how to record activities via the care app.
Note - How you record activities in your home / organisation is down to the discretion of your organisation. Some homes solely use the care app, others use our product Oomph on Demand and other homes have different ways of managing. This guide will cover the care app specifically.
Click the resident ie Harry
Press Adhoc at the bottom of the screen
Open the Activities category and select single or multiple care notes.
Then press Next.
Select any appropriate icons / sliders and personalise the care note as needed.
Then press the Continue button
Review the care note before pressing Create Records
Recording multiple actions together -
Click the resident ie Harry
Press Adhoc at the bottom of the screen
Open the Activities category and select single or multiple care notes ie Outing.
Whilst they were on the outing maybe they had food which we can also document
Once done press Next.
Complete the care note as required with the relevant icons / personalised information:
Then press Next.
Complete the second aspect by personalising as needed and selecting any sliders / icons if appropriate
Then press Continue
Review the care notes before pressing Create Records
