How do I Assign a Clinical Manager?

To be able to make these changes you will first require admin access via your staff access rights. If you can see the 'admin' button or a small cog icon to the left of the envelope you will be able to continue following the next steps if you can't see this option available to you someone within your home/organisation will need to go into your staff account and grant you the 'Changing communities/Organisation customisation' access right.

Once you have confirmed your access rights are setup you will need to go to the Admin button and select organisation details from the drop down.


Once select scroll down to communities and select the name of the home highlighted in blue (not anything with a / and something after it.) On the next page under Community Settings, you will be able to add your name into the Clinical Managers box.

Any staff with their names listed within this area will also be granted access to the management sign off box within accident and incident forms.
