How do I get Access to sign off Accidents and Incidents?

If you are unable to see the option for management sign off for accident and incident forms.

It is likely because you have not been set up as a clinical manager within the Admin section of the software.

If you can see the Admin button you will need to click it and select organisation details from the drop down. If you are unable to view the admin button you will either need someone within your home/organisation to grant you this access or if this is not possible they will be able to assign you as a manager by following the below steps.


Once select scroll down to communities and select the name of the home highlighted in blue (not anything with a / and something else after it.) On the next page under Community Settings, you will be able to add your name into the Clinical Managers box.
