How do I Amend Access Rights?

Due to GDPR we unfortunately are unable to amend the access rights that an account currently holds.

This can however be amended by a member of staff who has the 'Manage staff and run staff reports' access right on their staff account.

What they will need to do is click into the Profile of the Staff Members who's access you wish to update, and then under their photo select 'Edit Details'.

If you scroll down to 'File information' you will see a section called 'Access Rights for this user'. From here you will be able to tick any additional access rights you wish for the staff member to have.

Please note that you can only assign the access rights you yourself have access to. If a staff member requires further access it may require input from another user.
