Staff Permissions & Access Rights

Depending on what access rights have been ticked will depend on what a user can do within the system.

The Care Delivery App access is given as soon as the user is created; no permission boxes are needed to be ticked.

Access 3 can not be used without Access 2. Permissions below are based on having Access 2 ticked

Tick Box 6 will work with any other access to provide the staff member the ability around managing users

06: View limited staff details

Tick Box 7 will work with any other access to provide the staff member the ability around managing users. Box 8 will only appear once Box 7 is ticked

10: Run timesheets and enter payroll information

11: Allowed to Enrol Devices for Carer's to use

This will allow the user to enrol devices at a site, this box can be used independently to allow no monitor access and only enrolling devices

12: Change communities/sites and organization customization

This is for managers to be able to manage communities, this access can only be given by another staff member that has this access

13: Override Location access control (if it is enabled)

This is only needed if the site has entered in an IP Address and the user would like to use monitor outside of said IP Address
