Correcting the Time on Your Devices

In order to fix the time settings on your device you can follow the below instructions. Please be aware that these instructions are for devices which are currently locked down on our MDM (Mobile Device Management) system.

For devices which look like a normal phone and are not locked with any device management system you can access the display settings on the device as you

normally would.

This can vary depending on the type of device you are using. If the device is locked down by a 3rd party lockdown system you will need to contact them directly to assist you with this.

If you require the Time to be corrected on any of your devices, you will need to contact the Support team and request them to unlock your devices in order to adjust the default time settings.

Our Support team will unlock the required device, and you can follow these steps to check the Time and Date settings on your devices.

1) Swipe up, and open “Settings” > “System” > “Date & time”

2) The date and time should be set to automatically update. Disable this, and check that the time on the device is correct.

3) You can also check that the Time Zone is set correctly by disabling the “Set time zone automatically” option, opening “Time zone” and setting the Region to “United Kingdom”.

4) Once the time is set correctly, return to your support chat, and they will lock your

devices down again.
