In order to adjust the display settings on your device you can follow the below instructions. This includes how to adjust the brightness and auto rotation on the device.
Please be aware that these instructions are for devices which are currently locked down on our MDM (Mobile Device Management) system.
For devices which look like a normal phone and are not locked with any device management system you can access the display settings on the device as you normally would. This can vary depending on the type of device you are using. If the device is locked down by a 3rd party lockdown system you will need to contact them directly to assist you with this.
1) Click on 'MDM Device Settings'.
2) Click on the square icon as highlighted in the below image.
3) This will provide you with the display settings for the device. From here you can adjust the screen Brightness, the screen Auto Rotate and the Screen Time out duration.
