Please follow the steps in this guide to connect your device to Wi-Fi. Please be aware that these instructions are for devices that are on our Mobile Device Management system.
1) Open the 'MCM Device Settings' app
2) Click on the 'Wi-Fi' symbol in the top left of the screen.
3) This will bring up a list of available Wi-Fi networks. Click on your home’s Wi-Fi network, enter the password and click “Connect”.
