How Do I Reset the Wi-Fi on my Handset?

If the device is already connected to Wi-Fi and you are having issues you can follow the below instructions on the handset to reset this.

1) Click on 'MDM Device Settings'.

2) Click on the 'Wi-Fi' symbol as highlighted below.

3) You will now have access to the Wi-Fi screen. From here you can ensure that you are on the correct Wi-Fi within the home where it will state whether it is connected or not. Click on the symbol in the top right corner as highlighted.

4) Once you have clicked this it will state 'Resetting your internet'. This will disconnect you from the current Wi-Fi in the home and reconnect you again after a few minutes.

If you are having Wi-Fi issues with all of the devices in the home then we suggest first contacting your Internet Service Provider to ensure that there are no issues on their end that are causing these issues. If this is only affecting a few of the devices in the home then you can contact our Support team who can assist you further.
