These steps are only required if you are having Wi-Fi related issues on your handheld devices that you are using within the home.

These steps will remove the currently saved Wi-Fi connection in the home. Following this steps may resolve any connectivity issues you are having with the device.
1) Click on 'MDM Device Settings'.
2) Click on the 'Wi-Fi' symbol as highlighted below.
3) Click on the 'Cog' symbol next to the Wi-Fi you are connected to in the home or want to use.
4) Click on 'Forget'. This will remove this Wi-Fi from being saved on the device.
5) This will take you back to the main page of possible Wi-Fi connections you can connect the device to. Locate the Wi-Fi connection, click on this and then enter the password for your Wi-Fi in the home.
