OneLondon Shared Record Set-Up

Overview

Shared Care Record enables care homes within 5 of the London HIEs access to the London Shared Care records via an InContext link from withing the PCS digital care platform. The NHS engaged with Person Centred Software to enable staff in homes to access the service through DCS.
