Wi-Fi Issues on Devices
If you are experiencing issues with data recording and uploading to the desktop version on the Care App, Atlas eMAR or any other application, you will need to ensure that the device in use is currently connected to Wi-Fi.

Incorrect Time Displayed on Handset
If you have noticed that the date/time is incorrect on your handheld device then this needs to be manually updated. If the device is on our Mobile Device Management system you can follow the below guide to adjust the date/time:
If you are using a device that is not on any management system and appears like a normal phone, you will need to access your Date/Time settings on the device. This can vary depending on the brand of device you are using.
If you are using a 3rd party management system, you may need to contact them directly to assist you with adjusting the date/time on the device as these settings may be restricted on the device.
Display Issues
If you are having display issues on the handset such as brightness/auto brightness, auto rotation or timeout settings you can adjust these settings by following the below guide:

Applications Installed on Device not Appearing
PCS are able to add applications to your devices in the home if they are locked down on our MDM. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all applications will function on your devices as all applications have not been fully tested to work correctly through our device management system or one different devices that PCS do not provide.

Unable to Open Web Applications on Device
A web application is a browser URL that has been added onto your handheld device/s but appears on the front screen like a normal application. It allows for an quick way to access a certain web page if the provider does not have an app on the Google Play Store.
