The Evacuation Report displays evacuation-related data based on the filters you apply. When first opened, the report loads in an initial state with no data shown until filters are applied.
Key capabilities include:
Viewing evacuation details for all residents in the service
Identifying residents’ evacuation status and mobility aids
Reviewing emergency contacts and evacuation notes
Switching between detailed and summarised report views

Evacuation Status and Mobility Aids
The evacuation assistance level indicates how many carers are required to support the service user during evacuation.
1 Carer Required - The service user can evacuate with the assistance of one staff member.
2 or More Carers Required - The service user requires multiple staff members to evacuate safely, due to mobility, health, or safety needs.
Independent - The service user does not require staff assistance to evacuate.

The level of staff support needed for safe evacuation.
