The Outstanding Reviews page displays reviews that are due or overdue based on the filters you apply. When first opened, the page loads in an initial state with no data shown until filters are selected.
Key capabilities include:
Viewing outstanding reviews across the service
Reviewing review cycles by day or period
Identifying which service users have reviews due
Accessing detailed review documents directly from the list

Service User – view reviews for all service users or a specific individual
Order by – sort results by service user or review date
Include future reviews – optionally include upcoming reviews
Once filters are set, select Apply Filters to load the results.

The Resident of the Day review cycles section displays scheduled review cycles based on the community configuration.
Each column represents a day within the review cycle, showing:
The number of residents scheduled for review
A View option where applicable
Selecting View opens a pop-up modal showing the service users included in that cycle.
