When the DNACPR tick box is ticked in a resident file on Monitor, it can be easy to miss uploading the DNACPR documentation to provide evidence of the decision. A new prompt will appear to prompt the user when saving the resident file to ask if they wish to upload a document.
If selecting Yes on the prompt, a second window will appear allowing you to upload the document
If selecting No on the prompt, the pop-up will close and the resident file will continue to save without the DNACPR document being uploaded.
