The wound & infections care plan printout has been updated to provide a much clearer print layout, which enables all wound review details to be viewed in their entirety with an easier to read format. This ensures when wound care plans need to be shared with GPs or other Health Care Professionals, there is no missed information and a clear picture of the wound’s progression can be provided.
The Wound Care Plan printout can be found in the same place within the wound care plan page. When viewing a wound care plan, there is a new link for Printable version
Clicking on this link, will take you through to a print preview of the report, which now has an improved look and feel.
Click the Print button to go through to the local printer options and print the document as normal.
Click the Back to form link, to go back to the wound care plan.
