The care plan document and Who I Am information for a service user can be viewed by care staff on the handset. Please follow the below instructions on how to do this.
Accessing Who I Am
1) On the handset, click on the residents profile.
2) Click on the 3 horizontal lines in the top right corner.
3) Click on 'Who I Am'.
4) The 'Who I Am' section will then appear on this page. This includes sections such as Important to me, how best to support me, my life story and wishes for future care. This area displays key information that care staff using the handsets may need to know to better assist them on their day to day jobs.
Accessing Care Plan
5) From the 'Who I Am' screen you can click on 'Care Plan' at the top of the screen
6) This will load up the 'Complete Care Plan' document for the service user.
Please note that any changes made to the residents profile which populates these areas will not update straight away. The system will automatically sync this newly added information when a new care action is recorded for that resident.
