Archived Care Plans
These can always be found by clicking onto the resident, and then 'Care Plan' in the top right. Then again in the top right is a button that says 'History' which will give you the option of viewing at a specific date in time, or at certain change points.
Bring Back Care Needs
There is currently not a way to directly reinstate a care plan but can however find an old version of care plans and copy it across into your active plan.
1) Go to Process - Care Planning Audit.
2) You will be able to press the 'Compare to Previous' button this will allow you to copy and paste the information over into a new version of the care plan.
3) Once you have clicked on 'Compare to Previous' it will display a side by side view of any recent changes that have been made to this care need based on the asterisks in each section. The information on the right hand side will be the most up to date information which you can then copy and paste each individual section into a new care need.
