Users with access to the Admin menu will be able set/modify the setting. This will need to be set on a location by location basis (to allow for varying strategies)
To set this up you will first need to go into admin - organisation details.
Then select your home name from the 'All carer device locations' heading on the right of the screen
From here scroll down and select the drop down for 'Post falls observation strategy'
"Single check" will be defaulted for all locations (where no other option has previously been saved)
Listed below are the alternative options available for your to select based upon the needs of your home.
None β no automated planned actions will be created
Minimal β every 15 mins for first hour, then at 4, 8, 24 and 48 hours following a fall
Hourly - every 15 mins for the first 2 hours, then every hour for 48 hours
72 Hour β every 15 mins for the first 2 hours, then every 30 mins for next 2 hours, then every 60 mins for next 4 hours, then every 8 hours for the next 16 hours and then every 8 hours up until 72 hours after the fall
Single check - this will create a single planned actions 30 mins after the fall
Once the required selections are made you can then press the save button at the top right to confirm the changes.
