Setting up DoLS or LPS/Having DoLS and LPS display on a resident front page

To setup a DoLS/LPS for a resident you will first need to setup a Mental capacity assessment for the user. Towards the bottom of the assessment you will see the 'Applicable under DoLS/LPS Criteria section.

Select 'Yes' and tick the box for the Framework you will be using. This will expand the necessary fields to be completed. In order to have the tile display on the residents front page they must have the 'Date Approved' field populated. If declined or a referral date are the only options populated this will not show until approved. You will also need to include the date of expiry at this time.

When this is in place with both the approval date and the expiry entered you will now be able to view the DoLS/LPS tile on the front page of the resident file.
