Why Is DoLS/LPS Flagging on Residents Profile?

If you seeing this highlighted icon on the residents front profile, this means that the residents DoLS/LPS has expired.

If you click on the icon itself, it will display which DoLS/LPS have expired for the resident and needs reviewing.

1) To correct this you will need to go to 'Care Planning' > 'Assessment Tools' in the top right corner of the residents profile.

2) Locate the Mental Capacity Assessment/s that stated on the front profile as expired. Click into this assessment to edit it.

3) Scroll down to the bottom of the assessment and update the 'DoLS/LPS Expiry' date to be in the future.

4) The DoLS/LPS icon will then turn green if there are no other Mental Capacity Assessments that have expired.
