How do I Close a Service User's File?

To close a resident file and remove them from your main screen,

First click into the residents file

Then press edit details under their profile photo.

Next click the Close File button in the top right corner.

clicking this will open a box at the top of the screen asking for a reason for closing the file this must be populated

once done you can click save to accept the change and close the file.
