Receiving Your PCS Subscription Order

Receiving your PCS Zebra Subscription Devices

When you receive your PCS devices order, you should be able to recognise the

parcel because it will come in a box marked with our logo on the tape, and a sticker

also showing our label

The box contents should include the following items;

• Zebra Handsets (two batteries per handset, both batteries will be in the box)

• Battery Charge racks (with two cables and one power adaptor per rack)

• Hand straps (one per handset)

1) Once you have confirmed the contents of the box, unpack your battery charge

racks, and have them powered on. There should be a kettle lead to plug the

power bank into the mains, and a cable to connect the power adaptor to the

charge rack.

2) Then you can unpack the spare batteries and put them into the charge racks,

so that they will be ready when you need them. The light on the charge rack signifies the status of the battery charging.

Yellow or Orange: The battery is charging

Green: The battery is fully charged

Red: The battery is faulty, please contact support.

3) Unpack your handsets, and power them on (Power button can be found on the

top of the device).

4) Once powered on, the devices will need to be connected to WiFi. Open the “MCM Device Settings” app.

5) In the top left, you will see the WiFi logo, click on that. Then choose your network, and sign in using your password.

6) Your devices should now be ready to use. Make sure they have a charged

battery for any training sessions which you have booked.
