Please be aware that these instructions are for devices which are currently locked down on our MDM (Mobile Device Management) system.
For devices which look like a normal phone and are not locked with any device management system you can download apps via the Google Play Store. If the device is locked down by a 3rd party lockdown system you will need to contact them directly to assist you with this.
Adding Apps on your Handsets

Raise a live chat within the 'Support' widget within your current platform.
We will be able to add any app to your device, as long as it follows these guidelines;
β’ The app must be available on the Google Play Store
β’ It must be compatible with the latest version of Android
These requirements are in place to ensure the security of the device, and are essential for us to add the app to your devices.
If these requirements are met, then our Support team will add the app to your policy, and you will see the app install on your devices shortly afterwards.
Please be aware that applications that require Bluetooth functionality will not function if they are locked down our our Mobile Device Management system. Our MDM blocks Bluetooth access due to security purposes and this cannot be reenabled for your home.
