If your device is on our Mobile Device Management system it will need to be unlocked by a member of the mCare Support team.
Once unlocked, swipe up on the device, and open Settings. Scroll down to and press Software Update then Download and install.
The update will begin to download automatically. If a message pops up saying “Could not download update”, clear the message, wait for a few seconds, and try again.
Once the download is complete, press Install now and the installation will begin.
Once complete, the device will be back on the home page. Swipe down from the top of the screen, and you will see a notification that the system is finishing the installation. Once that is done, the device will automatically check to see if there is another update to be installed.
