We have updated our Search page to be more responsive and straightforward to use. This will include the addition of new columns for easier identification of records at a glance.
The following new columns have been added:
Type – This will display if the record is for a service user or worker
Moved in/Started date – this will contain the moved in date for residents and the started date for workers
Closed date – if a record is closed, this will contain the date the record was closed
Status – this will display if the record is Active, Suspended or Closed.
Communities in – this will list all Communities the person is linked to
It will be possible to filter on the Type, Status and Communities in columns to help refine the search and return the record(s) you need.
