If you have previously archived a wound/infection record for a resident and require to reopen this then please follow the below steps in order to do this.
1) Go to the service user community page and click on the service user that you would like to reopen the wound/infection record for.
2) On the right hand side of the screen, click on the 'Medical' tile.
You will then see a list of all the open wound/infection records for the resident.
3) On the right hand side of the screen, click on 'Show Archived' to display all archived wound/infection records.
4) Once the list has appeared you can click on 'View' on the right hand side of the wound/infection that you would like to reopen. (If it states 'Review' next to it then this means that this record is currently open and not archived).
5) In the top right corner, click on 'Re-open'.
6) The wound/infection record will then be reopened and you can create a new review. It will keep all the previous reviews for that particular wound/infection in the same wound record.
Please note that it is not currently possible to adjust the 'wound type' when completing reviews. You will need to create a new wound record if the type of wound changes.
