How do I Add a Document to a Residents File?

Navigate to the Residents Profile, and Select the Scanned Docs icon.

In the top right of the page, there will be a button that states 'Select Files'.

Click into this, and upload the files of your choosing.

It is best to store PDF files as these work on all devices.

Storing PC documents like Word or Excel files may not function on iPads or other tablets.

Files over 10MB in size will not be stored
